Join Slippery Rock University’s Slow Food chapter on Thursday, December 1st from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at the Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator, 165 Elm Street in Slippery Rock. Community members, as well as students, are welcome to attend.
A Chili cook-off is the theme for this month. Everyone is encouraged to make and bring their own special recipe, and there will be voting for the best bowl at the end of the event. Participants also are asked to bring their own place setting (plate, cup, utensils) to reduce disposable waste.
