March Slow Food Event Features Wine and Cheese

logo Slow FoodJoin Slippery Rock University’s Slow Food chapter on Thursday, March 31st from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator, 165 Elm Street in Slippery Rock. Community members, as well as students, are welcome to attend.
This month’s theme is “Let’s get cheesy.”  Participants are asked to bring a cheese-inspired dish to share, as well as their own place setting (plate, cup, utensils) to reduce disposable waste. Those who are over 21 are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to enjoy with the meal.
Mark Ciotti will give a presentation on home wine making.
