Slippery Rock University has unveiled its schedule of events for Earth Days 2016 Highlights of the series include featured speaker Richard Alley on Wednesday, April 20 at 7:30 PM at the Advanced Technology & Science Hall Auditorium. A well-known and respected scientist, researcher and author, Dr. Alley will present:“Energy, Climate and Our Future: Big Challenges and Bigger Opportunities.” This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity!
A free Community E-Waste Collection will be held on Friday, April 22 (Earth Day) and Saturday, April 23 from 10 AM – 2 PM each day at the SRU Recycling Center on Kiester Road (access behind the SRU Police Building).
